도메인 접속 문제, 서버 다운.

안녕하세요..
리눅스로 아파치 웹 서버를 운영하고 있습니다.
그런데 얼마전부터 알 수 없는 원인으로 IP로는 접속이 되는데 도메인으로는 접속이 안되는 경우가 발생합니다.
도메인의 네임서버는 유동아이피라서 모두 대행으로 관리하고 있고요.. (dnsever, wowdns)
dns서버를 1차 2차 다르게 잡아서 그런걸까요? 1차엔 dnsever를 2차엔 wowdns를 잡아두고 있습니다.

그리고..
며칠전엔 도메인으로 접속이 되다가 말다가 하다가 오늘 아에 서버가 완전 꽉막히는 현상까지 발생했습니다.
외부서버와 DNS서버는 물론이고 게이트웨이조차 핑이 안보내 지길래 무슨 일인가 싶더군요.
하지만 클라이언트와는 아무 문제가 없습니다.
그래서 결국 NIC바꾸고 맥어드레스 바꿔주니까 정상화 되던데 이건 또 무슨 현상일까요?

서버가 발 묶이는 현상은 작년인가.. 그때도 같은 증세로 한번 그랬었는데
그때 NIC 고장난줄 알고 교체되었던 녀석을 오늘 다시 바꿔보니까 되던데
이것 역시 NIC의 고장보다는 맥어드레스나 IP충돌 문제 였을까요?
