개발명세서 작성방법

안녕하십니까.
이미 만들어진 프로젝트이지만 개발명세가 없다보니 작업의 한계도 없고 도대체 어디까지 무얼해야 하는지도 모르겠고 해서...
조엘온소프트에서 말한대로 개발명세서를 작성해보려고 합니다.
책에 나온 예제도 참고하겠지만 다른 분들은 어떻게 작성하시는지 궁금하군요.
혹시 예제나 작성법에 대한 가이드가 있나요?
