[완료] DB 테이블에서 한국아이피를 제외한 레코드만 추출하기

안녕하세요,
현재 접속 클라이어트 아이피를 전부 로깅해놓은 테이블이 있는데요.
character 타입이고, 데이타는 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 형식으로 들어가 있습니다.

where절에서 한국 아이피가 아닌것만 추출하려고 하는데 좋은 방법이 있는지 알고 싶습니다.
한국 아이피 대역이 생각보다 많고 복잡하더군요...

GEOIP 라는 것이 있다는 말씀밖에 드리기 어렵네요...

안녕리눅스에는 php-geoip 가 있더군요.
text 파일로 저장한후 셀에서 php로 처리하는 것이 어떨까요?
