source ip 를 지정할 수 있는 tacacs client source 혹은 다른 방법을 찾습니다.

안녕하십니까?
저는 linux 2.4 에서 프로그램을 개발 중인 엔지니어입니다.
현재 tacacs+ client source 가 필요합니다.
그런데, tacacs+ client 에서 source ip 를 지정할 수 있어야 합니다.
즉, cisco 장비처럼,
ip tacacs source-interface loopback0
와 같이 가상의 loopback interface의 ip address를 tacacs socket의
source ip로 넣고 싶습니다.
이런 것이 가능한 tacacs source를 혹시 어디서 구할 수 있는지 가르쳐
주시면 감사하겠습니다.

그리고, 제가 알기에 tacacs가 tcp 기반으로 되어 있고, socket을 기반으로
동작하기 때문에 socket 자체에 source ip를 따로 집어 넣을 수가 없고,
보통의 경우는 kernel이 알아서 host ip를 집어 넣는 것으로 알고 있습니다.
혹시 kernel을 잘 조정해서 위 예처럼 loopback address를 tacacs tcp socket에
넣을 수 있는 방법이 있는지도 알고 싶습니다.
