windows에서 리눅스 파트가 잡혀요..

하드디스크 하나를 fdisk로 두 부분으로 분할해서 하나는 윈도우를 깔고
하나는 리눅스를 깔았습니다.
윈도우를 먼저깔고 리눅스를 나중에 깔았는데요...
윈도우에서 보면 리눅스를 깔은 분할된 부분이 내컴퓨터에 잡힙니다.
그래서 그 아이콘을 두번클릭하면 포멧이 안되었다고 포멧할거냐는 메시지
가 뜨고요...
예전에 리눅스를 깔고서 거기에 윈도우를 깔았을땐 안그랫던거 같은데 차
례가 틀려서 그런가요?
이 분할부분이 내컴퓨터에 안떠야 할것 같은데 이것은 어떻게하면 될까요?
이부분을 포멧을 하면 리눅스가 다 지워질것 같은데...
방법이 없을까요?
