[질문] 외부에서 내부서버에 SSH나 TELNET 서비스 접속이 안됩니다.

이더리얼 패킷캡쳐 결과 간단히 정리합니다.

ssh 서비스 접속시 다음 패킷 이후에, 외부접속시 패킷과 내부접속시 패킷이 다르더군요.
1. 클라이언트 -> 서버 (client: key exchange init) 내부외부동일.

내부
2. 서버 -> 클라이언트 ([ACK] Seq....) TCP Flags 0x0010
외부
2. 서버 -> 클라이언트 ([RST, ACK] Seq....) TCP Flags 0x0014

RST 플레그는 Reset the connection인데...
이런 동작으로 인해 커넥션이 끊어지면서 정상과정으로 진입하지 못하는거 같습니다.
눈씻고 찾아봐도 사내방화벽에 차단 로그는 없습니다.

os는 linux이고 배포판은 centos release 4.2(final)입니다.

어떤 이유가 있을까요? ^^;
