passwd 명령관련 질문입니다.

안녕하세요? 꾸벅~~
상쾌한 월요일이네여..

alzza 6.1을 쓰구 있는데여...
어느날 갑자기 passwd명령이 먹지를 않네여.. 흑흑..

[root@dev_svr bin]#
[root@dev_svr bin]# passwd presi
Changing password for user presi
passwd Authentication information cannot be recovered
[root@dev_svr bin]#

prompt상에서 위와 같이 떨어지고 있거든여...
에러는 보시는 바와 같이 "Authentication information cannot be
recovered" 이렇게 떨어지구여.. 흑흑...

뭐가 잘못되어서 그런지.... 또.. 어케해야 복구를 할수 있는지 좀 가르
쳐 주세요... T.T;;
