apache의 multiviews를 사용하고자 하는데 질문이 하나 있습니다.

apache 2.0.x 에서 multiview를 사용하고자
Directory tag의 option에 MultiViews를 주었습니다.
html이나 php파일들은
index.html.ko.euc-kr
index.html.zh-cn.gb2312
이런식으로 파일명을 주면 브라우저의 인코딩을 따라서 잘 움직입니다.

궁금한것은 이미지파일들도 multiview가 가능한건지요?
이미지파일도 위의 html파일처럼 확장자를 가져가면 뜨긴합니다만,
거의 무조건 ko.euc-kr을 가져오더군요.
분명 폴더내에는 image.gif 는 없고 image.gif.ko.euc-kr, image.gif.zh-cn.gb2312밖에 없는데 image.gif를 요청하면 image.gif.ko.euc-kr 을 가져오는걸로 봐서는 가능한것 같은데, 이걸 어디서 어떻게 설정을 해줘야 브라우저의 인코딩에 따라서 제대로 negotiaion을 해서 가져오는지 궁금합니다.

질문을 요약하면
이미지파일들(gif,jpg,png)도 Multiview가 가능한지.
가능하다면 어디서 해당부분을 설정을 어디서 어떻게 해줘야 인코딩에 따른 파일을 가져오는지가 궁금합니다.
