make 하는데 시간이 넘 오래걸리네요.. 뭔가 옵션이 있을 듯 한데.. 잘 모르겠습니다.

vlc 소스를 cygwin에서 컴파일 하는데

이녀석이 make실행하면 40~50분정도 걸립니다.

소스 수정하고 컴파일 해서 수정된 부분 확인하고 싶은데...
이렇게 오래 걸려서야.. 이런 작업 자체가 부담이 되네요..

혹시 기존에 컴파일 하던 내용은 그대로 보존하고...
수정한 소스파일(예 : vlc.c)만 컴파일 하는 방법이 있다면
어떻게 하는지 알고 싶습니다.

제가 찾아본 내용으로 makefile에서 이것관 관련된 옵션을 찾아보라고만 되어있네요...

아직 리눅스의 '리'자도 알기어려운 초보입니다.
짧은 커멘트라도 좋으니.. 지체 없이 의견을 남겨주세요~

dependency가 가장 하위단인 (즉 많은 모듈과 연관되어있는...) 파일을 수정하시면...

연달아서 컴파일이 됩니다. 어쩔수없지요 ^^;

다만...듀얼이상의 cpu를 가지고 계시다면

'make -j 2' 같이 컴파일러 개수를 좀 더 늘려서 빨리 끝낼수 있습니다.

간단한수정인데 시간이 그렇게 오래걸린다는건 makefile 구조에 문제가 있군요..

make 관련내용이 적지 않아 단번에 할수는 없으니 잘찾아보시고 차근차근 하심이..
