한글 사용 문제입니다.

몇일전에 한가지 문제는 해결하였고 이제 또한가지 문제를 해결 하는 중입
니다. 바로 한글 사용 문제입니다. 또 다른 여러문제들이 아직 남아있지
만 하나씩 풀어가려고 하는데 도와 주시길 바랍니다
시스템은 소니 노트북PCG-F650 수세 8.0 이 설치 되었습니다. 데스크탑화
면은 KDE3.0 이고 여기에다가 프로그램 추가삭제하는 것으로 AMI 라는 한
글 프로그램을 설치 하였습니다. 인터넷으로 한글 읽는것은 불편하지만 그
래도 읽을수는 있습니다. 그런데 한글 입력을 할수가 없는데 어떻게 한글
입력을 할수 있는지 알려 주시길 바랍니다.
여러 게시물을 읽었지만 아직 해결하지 못하고 있으니 꼭 도와 주시길...
현재 진행상황은 AMI설치 그리고 터미날 화면에서 AMI& 하니까 엉망으로
깨진 글자들과 무슨 작은 박스하나가 나왔는데 도저히 무슨 내용인지 읽을
숙 없습니다. 리눅스 사용 하신분들은 너무 간단한 문제인것 같지만 전 하
나도 모르겠습니다. 서치해서 찾아본 답변이라고 올라온 글을 읽고 따라
하려고 해도 엄두가 나질 않습니다.
일본어도 잘 지원하면서 왜 한글은 수세에서 지원을 하지 않는건지...
