텔넷 서버에 대한 초보의 질문입니다.

텔넷 서버가 무엇인가요? 리눅스에서만되는건가요?

제 컴퓨터 os는 윈도우 xp입니다 윈도우에서도 텔넷서버란게 되나요?

그리고 특정 지역 아이피를 막아논 어떤 서버에 접속하기 위한 할당포트는 어떻게 알아낼수있나요?

TELNET 은 말그대로 TELeNETwork.
다른 computer 에서 자신이 원하는 computer 에 접속해서 다루기 위해 있는 service 입니다.
대단히 오래동안 사용된 방식이기에 Windows 의 원격제어같은 것은 아니고 어디까지나
Terminal(Command Line Interface)만 사용됩니다.

Internet 이라는 것이 원래 Unix 에서 시작되었다고 볼 수 있기에 여러가지 service 들도 Unix 환경에 가깝습니다.
Command Line Interface 는 Windows 에서 좀 무시되는 경향은 있지만 Unix 에서는 여전히 중요한 Interface 이고,
따라서 Unix 에서 TELNET 같은 service 는 대단히 중요합니다.

물론 Unix 계열에만 있지는 않고 Windows XP 에서도 분명있습니다.
예전에 프로그램 추가설치로 TELNET server 를 작동시켰던 기억이 있습니다.

할당포트를 알아내는 방식이라 말그대로 port scanning 이라고 하는데 잘못 시도했다가는
Server 관리자가 cracking 을 시도한다고 여기고 어떤 접근도 완전히 차단될 수 있습니다.
