oracle10g 리스너가 실행이 안됩니다~

안녕하세요. centos4 에 oracle10g 인스톨 삽질 3일째 하고 있습니다^^

오라클 설치시에는 모든게 정상적으로 완료 되나. 설치 후 su - oracle 하여
리스너 스타트 하면

Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=EXTPROC1)))
TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00517: Lost contact
Linux Error: 104: Connection reset by peer
Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=192.168.10.249)(PORT=1521)))
TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00511: No listener
Linux Error: 111: Connection refused

해당 메시지가 출력되며, # adapters 를 실행하면

아래 메시지가 출력됩니다. 공인 IP셋팅 후 리스너.ORA TNSNAME.ORA 파일 HOST부분에 공인IP 넣어줘도 같은 증상이구요.

Error!!! Oracle Names Server Naming is not completely installed!

일단 ORACLE NAME SERVER를 다시 설치 해주면 왠지 될 것 같은 느낌이 드나,
어떻게 설치 해야 할지 모르겠습니다^^
