상위 버전 커널상에서 하위버전 커널 컴파일 문제 있나요?

안녕하세요 이곳에 처음 글을 올리는 군요.

커널 2.2가 돌아가고 있는 상황에서 커널 2.0대의 소스를 받아서 컴파일

하니까 bzImage를 만드는 데서 에러가 나는군요.

그전에 make menuconfig를 하면 괜찮은데 xconfig를 쓰면 warning이 뜹니
다.

하위 버전에서 상위버전 커널로 업그레이드는 많은 분들이 해 보셨겠지만

상위 버전커널이 돌고 있는 상황에서 하위버전 커널을 컴파일 하면 안되

는 겁니까? 제생각에 크게 영향이 없다 싶은데..

대략 ".../asm/string.h 에서 특정 레지스터를 찾을수 없다(?)"는 내용

이었습니다만.(SIREG 등...)
