EBCDIC -> ASCII 변환 문제

아녕하세요..
IBM에서 넘어오는 문자열을 UNIX에서 사용할려고 합니다.
지금 제가 가지고 있는 이코드 표를 사용하면 숫자는 영문은 바뀌는데 한글은 깨지네요.
어디가 문제인지 모르겠어서 이렇게 도움 요청 드립니다.
변환해주는 소스나 방법이 있으면 도와 주시기 바랍니다.

0x80 부터 없네요.
한글(완성형|조합형)은 첫바이트가 0x80 이상이죠.

IBM 머신에서 사용되는 코드가 무슨 코드인지를 알아내서 iconv 로 바꾸는것이 어떨까요?
