[질문]사용자 넷 속도 제한

안녕하세요.

최근에 리눅스 엑세스 라우터에서 사용자별 속도제한 문제로
골치를 썩고 있습니다. 일부 사용자의 과다한 인터넷 대역폭 점유로 다른
사용자에게 피해가 가고 있답니다.

사용자(IP또는 MAC)당 속도를 적당히 분배하는 프로그램이나 추세를 좀 알
려주세요.
