rejecting I/O to offline device 에 대한 고찰...

안녕하세요~ 리눅스에 본격적으로 입문한지 2달여 된 초보 리눅서입니다
아래 내용은 제가 다루는 한 서버의 에러인데요.
그 에러 원인이 몬지 -ㅁ-;; 알수가 없어 고견하신 KLDP 리눅서 님들의 도움을 받고자
이렇게 글을 올립니다.

일단 OS는 redhat enterprise 4 였구요 커널은 2.6.9
서버 구성은 megaraid(perc3 or 4?) 카드를 이용해서 ch1 disk1 + ch2 disk1 = mirror OS가 구성되어
있었고 ch1 disk2 + ch1 disk3 + ch2 disk2 = raid 5 요로케 DATA로 raid가 구성되어 있었는데
요게 갑자기 아래 로그를 뿌리면서 명령어도 i/o 에러가 나고 write가 안되는 것입니다.
리부팅 후 문제는 해결되었지만.. 하드웨어문제인지..OS의 문제였는지.. 알수가 없네요..
과연 어떤 문제였을까여??
