sgml이 pdf로 안되요..

Secure Programming for Linux and Unix HOWTO의 sgml을 받아서 tex로 만
들고
다시 pdf로 만들려고 pdflatex라는 유틸을 썼습니다.
그런데 에러가 나더군요..

이런 메세지가 뜨면서 변환이 안됩니다.
똑같은 컴터에서 Advanced Bash Scripting HOWTO를 받아다가 했을땐 잘
되었거든요..
그런데 요번 파일은 왜 이러는지 모르겠습니다.
파일이 잘못된 건가요?

참고로 인스톨 되어있는 tex관련 rpm목록입니다.
