네임서버관련질 문입니다~ 이게 잘 한건지 모르겠어요~

학교안 건물에서 운영하고 있는 서버를 구축하려고 하는데...
이게 설정이 잘 된건 지 모르겠네요~

1) resolv.conf
search cbi.cau.ac.kr
nameserver 165.194.84.203 이렇게 설정하고

1)이게 네임서버가 올바로 동작하는 것인지요?
cbi.cau.ac.kr은 학교에서 도메인 신청해서 얻은건데...
저절로 된것 같은데...
올바로 동작 하는 건가요?
. 하고 localhost도 안잡히는거조?

2)의 경우는 어떤가요?
165.194.1.1 하는 것이 맞는 것 같은데...
메일서버 구축하려고 합니다...
네임서버 구축을 하고 하는게 맞는지요?
