80번포트로 접속이 안될때요...

80번 포트를 업체에서 막아놨더라구요..
네임서버는 돌아가고 있는데요...
네임서버로 웹서버로 포트를 바꾸어서 접속 한다든지..
이런건 할수가 없나요? 부탁합니다.. 고수님들..
그리고 업체에서 막아놓은 포트를 알려면 어떻게 해야하나요?
