멀티부팅 질문입니다...

안녕하세요...질문하나 드립니다...

현재 저의 컴에는 윈도2000(C드라이브) 과 레드헷엔터프라이즈AS4(L드라이브)에 설치되어 있습니다...
GRUB로 멀티부팅하고 있구요...
그런데 이번에 윈도2003서버를 E드라이브에 설치해 볼려고 하는데,
기존에 리눅스가 설치된 상태에서 윈도2003을 설치하게 되면 윈도2003 부팅메뉴가 자동으로 생성될까요?
혹시 리눅스가 설치된 상태에서 윈도를 설치하게 되면
멀티 부팅에 이상이 생기지 않을까 걱정이 되는군요...
여기에 대해서 좀 자세한 조언부탁드립니다...
