리눅스에서 윈도우에 연결된 프린터로 인쇄 가능한가요?

ubuntu breezy를 사용중입니다. 사무실에 있는 다른 컴들은 모두 윈도우고 저만 리눅스를 사용하고 있습니다.

서버에 연결이라는 메뉴에서 윈도우 공유로 다른 컴들의 이름을 치면 공유 폴더도 연결이 됩니다. 한글이 깨져서 한글 폴더는 못들어가지만요..

이제 프린터만 연결을 하면 되는데 네트워크 프린터로 설정하고 프린터가 연결된 컴의 이름과 프린터 네임을 다 입력하고 넘어가면 프린터 드라이버를 설치하라고 나오네요..

쩝.. 프린터가 삼성에서 나오는 복합기(SCX-1220R)인데 뒤져보니 리눅스용 드라이버는 없네요. 어차피 프린터는 윈도우 시스템에 연결되어 있는데 제 리눅스 데탑에서도 드라이버를 꼭 깔아야 하는건가요? 드라이버 선택을 안하면 뒤로 넘어가지를 않네요.

아무거나 선택하고 인쇄를 해보면.. 윈도우 쪽에서 프린터 관련 에러가 뜨는걸 보면 연결이 되는것 같기는한데..

spl (samsung printer language) 를 지원한다는걸 보면... 그냥 spl 써있는 드라이버를 골라보세요

그리고 smb://guest@host/printername 처럼... 익명 계정으로 사용할땐 guest 아이디를 명시해줘야 합니다
