응용 프로그램 설치 도중 오류?

응용프로그램 설치도중 다음과 같은 에러가 나왔습니다.( 페도라4)

보통이러한 경의 사례가 가끔 있는데..librpm-4.3.so를 설치해야한다는 메세지같은데...이러한 라이브러리는 어떻게 설치해야 하나요?
그리고 어디서 받아야 하나요?
