80포트를 다른놈이 자꾸써서 웹서버가 안떠요..

에러로그를 보니..
Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 80

그래서 netstat을 쳐보니까 uselib인가 하는 프로그램이 먼저 80포트를 쓰고 있더군요..
그래서 임시로 uselib을 죽이고 다시 웹서버를 돌리니까 되긴되는데..
영구적인 해결방법이 없을까요..
자꾸 이놈이 80포트를 쓰려고해서 자주 이런일이 벌어지는데; 그때마다 킬해줄수도 없구요

커널 2.4.29-pre3 이하 버전의 uselib() 함수에 대한 보안 취약점이
아닌지 모르겠네요. 커널 버전이나 lsof, netstat 등으로 80포트를 쓰는
프로그램의 정체를 정확히 밝혀 주시는게...

# lsof -i | grep 80
# netstat -lntp | grep 80
