ls시 invalid argument 에러

마땅한 제목이 없네요.

노트북에 우분투를 설치해서 잘 쓰고 있습니다.
파일 시스템은 xfs입니다.

그런데 어느 순간부터 몇몇 디렉토리에서 에러가 발생합니다.

/etc에서 ls를 하면,
ls : logrotate.d : invalid argument
와 같은 에러가 뜨면서 나머지 내용들이 출력됩니다.
같은 문제가 /usr/share/locale에도 있습니다.

그 파일을 지우려고 해도 에러가 나고, 해당 패키지를 재설치해도 에러가 나면서 설치가 제대로 안됩니다.(에러 내용은 거의 비슷합니다. invalid argument)

쉘에서 탭키로 확인해보면 해당 디렉토리나 파일이 있는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로는 그 파일이 없는 것 같습니다.

현재 설치된 환경으로 사용하는데에는 문제가 없지만 필요한 몇몇 패키지를 설치하지 못하는 문제가 있습니다.

몇일전부터 구글이랑 우분투포럼등등을 살펴보긴 했는데 마땅한 해결책을 찾지 못하고 있습니다.

혹시 비슷한 문제를 해결하신 경험이 있으신지요?
