메모리 증가?

안녕하세요. 고수님들..
궁금한게 있어서 글을 남깁니다.

이상하게 Linux 에서 메모리가
프로그램을 실행하면서 각종 Text 파일을 생성하는대로
메모리가 증가해서. 확인해 보니...

프로그램이 아닌..
FTP로 파일을 올리는 경우에도 올림 파일 용량만큼 메모리 용량이 증가합니다.
결국 1주일 정도면 메모리 Full 로 프로그램이 종료되고요...

원래 FTP나.. CP 명령을 통해서 파일을 복사할때도
메모리가 증가하나요?

아님..저희 서버 설정문제인가요?

서버는 RedHat Linux Enterprise 3 입니다.

알려주세요...ㅠ.ㅠ

원래 Linux에서는 파일을 복사할때. 메모리 버퍼를 이용한답니다.

복사할때마다 메모리가 늘어나지만, 내부적으로 처리를 하여

Overflow는 발생하지 않는다네요... ㅠ.ㅠ

괜한 걱정을 했나 봅니다.
