route add default gw 211.221.255.1 dev eth0하면 에러나오네요

학교내의 사설 아이피입니다.
네트워크 설정은 윈도우에서 한것과 동일하게 했습니다.
윈도우에서는 인터넷이 되는데 리눅스에서는 안되더군요.

route를 해보니 기본 게이트웨이가 아예 없어서 다음과 같이 했습니다.
route add default gw 211.221.255.1 dev eth0
하지만 network is unreachable 이라고 나옵니다...
도와주세요..
