Edie Brickell - Good times
혹시 기억하시는 분 계실런지 궁금합니다.
Microsoft Windows 95 CD 내의 Stuff에 보면,
뮤직비디오가 몇개 들어 가 있거든요...
그 중 Edie Brickell의 1994년도 앨범 Picture Perfect Morning에 수록된
Good Times란 곡의 뮤직비디오입니다.
왠지 이 곡을 듣고 있으면, 마음이 매우 차분해 지더군요...
당시 동영상은 Apple사 Quick Time이 거의 유일무이했던 시절에
M$사의 미디어 재생기에서 재생되는 매우 드문 동영상 자료였던 걸로 기억합니다.
당시 컴퓨터를 잘 모르던 사람들에게
이 동영상을 보여주고, 감탄을 받았던 기억이 나네요...
혹시 이 곡이 Windows 95 Stuff에 실린 것을 기억하시는 분이나
혹은 이 뮤직 비디오가 수록된 사연을 알고 계시는 분 계신가요?

ps) 갑자기 옛 생각에 잠이 깨어서,
95 CD를 뒤져서 꺼내서 보니, 화질은 좀 그렇지만 여전히 음악은 좋군요...
Good times...
정말 좋은 뮤직비디오지요. 영상 자체도 그렇고, 음악도 그렇고...
그 흑인 어린이들 노는 모습 보고 있으면 뭔가 매우 편안해집니다.
Windows 95 CD 에는 그거 말고도 Weezer 의 Buddy holly 라는 곡도 같이 실려있지요.
두 곡 이 실려있는 음반 모두 Geffen 에서 나온 음반이니 당시 Geffen 쪽에서 지원해줬을거라는 추측을 슬쩍 해봅니다.
