함수의 원형부분소스입니다.
지식없이 소스를 볼려니까 많이 부족한점이 많아서 인터넷을
뒤져봤는데도 자료가 잘안나오네요..
대충이라도 이함수의 역할을 아시는분은 좀 가르쳐 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

대충이라도 이함수의 역할을 아시는분은 좀 가르쳐 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

이름을 보면
mad를 디코드할때 초기화 하는 부분 같습니다.
mad는 라이브러리나 코덱의 이름인데
freshmeat.net같은데서 찾아보세여
