Sun 이 그동안 이야기한데로 Solaris 를 오픈 소스화하기 시작했답니다. OpenSolaris.org 가 생겼구요. 소스도 점점 공개 되고 있답니다.

The majority of the OpenSolaris source code is released under the Common Development and Distribution License (CDDL) Version 1.0 -- an Open Source Initiative (OSI)-approved open source license. The OpenSolaris project also includes a number of components based on existing open source projects, which will continue to be available under their current licenses (e.g., Perl is licensed under The Artistic License).
