우분투에 thunderbird-1.02 설치오류.....

시냅틱에 한글썬더버드 1.02가 없길래
모질라 사이트에서 한글 썬더버드 1.02 소스를 받아서
thunderbird 스크립트를 실행시키면 이상한 메시지가 연속적으로
나오면서 시스템이 이상해집니다.

touch, mkdir, rm 등등의 명령이 Segmentation Fault 오류를
내고 그와 관련된 모든게 작동이 안됩니다.
그래서 reboot 했더니 아예 부팅이 안되는군요..

혹시 이런 경험 있으신분 계신가요?
참 난감하네요... T.T

해결하는 방법을 설명하였으나, 서툰 저로서는 그 처리방법을 모르고 있습니다.
파일 하나를 받으라고 돼 있으나 클릭하면 다운되지 않습니다.
그래서 ftp 로 받았습니다. 그러나 그 파일을 어디에 두어야 하는지 모릅니다.
선더버드에서 설치하려고 해도 그 파일이 나타나야 하는데.........일정한 위치가 정하여 져 있는데 그 위치를 보르니 그저 쳐다 보기만 하게 되지요.
