ssh 로 로그인 한 후 cvs로 체크아웃하려면?

cvs 서버와 클라이언트가 모두 윈도우인 경우
command 창에서 ssh로그인을 하고 나니 프롬프트가 서버를 가르키고 있던데요
C:\Documents and Settings\rosebud> 처럼..
서버의 디렉터리에 프롬프트 상태에요

cvs로 체크아웃을 하려면 로컬 피씨 (클라이언트)의 working디렉토리에서 cvs 체크아웃 명령을 해야하는 거 아닌가요?
exit을 하면 연결을 닫고..
로그인한 후 어떻게 로컬피씨로 프롬프트를 옮길 수 있나요?
