apache를 실행하는데..이런 메세지가 뜨네요..

디비를 만들고 아파치를 실행하려 하는데 이런 에러메세지가 뜹니다...

Error: Apache has not been designed to serve pages while
running as root. There are known race conditions that
will allow any local user to read any file on the system.
If you still desire to serve pages as root then
add -DBIG_SECURITY_HOLE to the EXTRA_CFLAGS line in your
src/Configuration file and rebuild the server. It is
strongly suggested that you instead modify the User
directive in your httpd.conf file to list a non-root
user.

apache_1.3.33을 설치 했구요...

에러 메세지에 나오는 Configuration파일이 정확이 뭔지 모르겠어서...
src/밑에 Configuration, Configuration.apaci, Configuration.tmpl 파일이 있구요...
Configuration.apaci 에 EXTRA_CFLAGS= '-DBIG_SECURITY_HOLE' 로 수정한 후 rebuild해 보았는데 같은 에러 메세지가 뜨네요..

정확히 어떤 파일을 수정해야 하는지...
