이더넷 카드의 에러...

이더넷 카드는 잘 잡히며, 작동도 잘됩니다!
하지만 제 속도가 나오질 않습니다!

그리고 아래와 같이 에러가 계속 증가됩니다!

랜선이 잘못되어도 이럴수 있는건가요?
