레이드 카드 설치후 시디롬으로 부팅이 안됩니다.

실리콘이미지사의 칩을 쓰는 '코요테 133 IDE 레이드' 입니다.

레이드에 하드를 두개 물리고 보드 IDE에 시디롬을 물린후 시디롬으로 부팅이 안되고 있습니다.

시디를 읽는 소리는 들리나 어떤 OS 시디를 넣어도 설치가 안됩니다.

혹시 아시는분 계신가요.

RAID 카드를 물리게 되면 본래 보드의 IDE 컨트롤러보다 먼저 할당할 것인지, 아니면 보드 컨트롤러 다음에 할당할지를 RAID 카드 설정에서 결정해 주는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

BIOS 에서 CD-ROM 부팅을 한다고 설정해 놓고, 부팅 순서가 CD-ROM, HDD 라 하더라도 RAID 가 우선된다면 BIOS 의 우선순위는 참조하지 않을 수 있습니다.
