VMware 에서 Solaris 설치시 에러 화면입니다..도와주세요.

제가 VMware 설치하고 Solaris9버전을 설치하려고 합니다.
웹스타트로 설치하지 않고 1번시디로 설치하려고 하는데 첨부한 그림처럼
<bootdev>:a: disk read error, sector 154960
Short read. 0x2000 chars read
disk error
boot: source: open of '/boot/solaris/bootenv.rc' failed

위처럼 나오고 설치가 안됩니다..

참고로 vmware4.5.2 버전을 사용했습니다.
