cpu performance test benchmark

cpu마다의 성능 테스트를 하고 싶은데, 임베디드 쪽이라 여러가지의 cpu중에서 적절한 것을 고르려고 하는데, 정형화된 툴이나 기법을 아시는게 있나요?
혹은 성능 테스트를 하는 오픈 소스도 있을 듯 하고...
또한 찾아 보면 있겠지만.. 이 부분을 kldp.net에서 프로젝트로 한번 해보면 어떨까 하는 생각도 해봅니다.
혹시 관심 있으신 분은 답글 주세요...^^
