apache + mod_proxy 문제

안녕하세요. 고수님들의 많은 답변을 기다립니다.
google아저씨(^^)한테도 찾아봤는데 문제 해결 하는게 쉽지 않네요.

윈도우 서버 앞단에 리눅스로 Apache Proxy를 구성을 하고요.
리눅스의 아파치 웹서버로 접속을 하면 아파치의 Proxy는 윈도우 IIS에 웹요청을
다시 해서, IIS의 처리 결과값을 클라이언트에게 리턴해 줍니다.

리눅스에는 공인 IP와 사설 내부IP로 설정되어 있고,
윈도는 사설 내부 IP만 설정되어 있으면서
리눅스와 윈도우는 cross 케이블로 묶여 있습니다.

이렇게 구성을 한 이유는 윈도우 베이스로 웹서비스는 해야 되겠고,
윈도우가 하도 문제가 많은듯 해서리 아예 인터넷에서
분리를 하게 되었습니다.

근데 윈도우의 웹 접속이 일반적으로 정상적으로 서비스가 됩니다.
하지만, 동시 접속이 늘어난다든지 하면 아파치의 error 로그에

와 같은 로그가 쌓입니다.

실제 End User의 반응은 홈페이지가 웹브라우져에서 안 뜬다고 그러네요.
