samba secrets.tdb에 관한 질문

임베디드 환경에서 삼바를 구동시킬때, 이미 secrets.tdb가 있을 경우 불규칙적으로 삼바 데몬이 실행되지 않습니다. 이때 secrets.tdb 파일을 지우고 데몬을 실행하면 정상 동작 하구요.....
일단 스크립트로 secrets.tdb를 지우는 것으로 해결을 하긴 했는데, 왜 안되는지 이유를 모르겠습니다.
