윈CVS 설정을 하고 접속하면

TCL or Python are not available, shell is disabled
Logging in is required for 'pserver' or 'sspi' authentication only (see Preferences dialog).

위와 같은 메세지가 뜨면서 접속이 안됩니다.

왜 그럴까요?
