doxygen 한글 문제

Fedora core1에서 doxygen으로 소스코드로부터 문서를 생성해낼 때, 한글로 하면 pdf 생성시 한글로 나오는 제목이나 링크등이 모두 깨져서 나옵니다.
제가 Tex를 잘 몰라서.... 일단 latex 생성 옵션을 켜고 생성된 latex 디렉토리로 가서 make pdf했거든요. refman.pdf가 나오긴 하는데, 경고가 주욱 나더군요. 한글 영어 공히 나오긴 하는데, 뭐가 뭔지 몰라서...

이런 에러도 나고요.
또, 한글이 doxygen주석으로 있으면 생성중에 죽어버리더군요... 이건 graphviz문제 같습니다. 다이어그램 옵션을 끄고 생성하면 잘 돼네요. 그렇다고 그 좋은 다이어그램 생성 기능을 못쓰는 것도 별로이고..
한글 문서화를 할 수 있는 좋은 방법이 있을까요?
