[Q&A]레드햇 9 에서 ftp, telnet 접속시 30초이상 지연되는

접속하고자 하는 ftp(or telnet) 서버가 리눅스든, 윈도우든 가리지 않고
레드햇9를 설치한 문제의 PC에서 ftp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 하면
30초 이상 커서만 깜빡거리다가 연결이 됩니다. telnet도 마찬가지구요
(다른 PC에서 접속하면 바로 접속됨)

원격접속에 대한 시간 설정이나, 지연될만한 옵션을 주는것들이
어떤게 있을까요?

처음 설치할때 방화벽 수준을 중간단계로 설치했습니다.
