[질문]인증서 서버 디렉토리 서비스..

인증서 서버의 디렉토리 서비스에 대한 질문입니다.
인증서 발급을 받으면 해당 CA의 서버에 저장이 되어
이 정보로 인증이 가능하고, 또 인증이 폐기 될 경우에는
CA 서버의 디비에서 폐기 되었다고 저장되는 걸로 알고 있는데요..
그럼 인증서 서비스를 하는 CA들의 디비는
발급된 인증서와, 폐기된 인증서 들이 계속 해서 쌓이게 되는 것인지요?
그렇다면 그 양이 만만치 않을 듯 한데요...
그냥 계속 쌓이는 것인지요?
사실 지금 디렉토리 서비스 역할을 하는 서버를 나름대로 코딩 하려고 하는데..
위와 같은 문제가 있습니다...답변 부탁드립니다...
