irix에서 네트웍 카드를 잡아줄려면...

이곳에 올려도 괜찮을지 모르지만 급한 마음에 올립니다.
다름이 아니라 SGI 의 O2를 사용하고 있는데, 메인보드에 기본으로 있는 네트웍 카드가 고장인것 같습니다. 그래서 본사에 연락해본 결과 pci 슬롯에 렌카드를 꽂아서 사용할 수 있다고 하더군요. (물론 그 사람 말로는 자사제품일때 그렇고 다른 제품인 경우 보장을 못한다고 했지만요.)
지금 당장 시스템을 돌려야 하는 상황이고 출장비 부담이 커서 주변에 있는 렌카드를 이용해서 어떻게든 할려고 하는데, 기본적인 유닉스 지식도 없는 상황인지라 어떻게 할수가 없네요. 렌카드를 잡는 것 부터 시작해서 돌리기까지요.
혹시나 전에 irix를 사용하신적이 있는 분이 있으시면 부탁드립니다.
