proftpd 에 파일 올리기

지금 proftpd 를 사용하고 있습니다.
파일을 받기는 잘되는데..
제가 올리기가 안되네요~
제 proftpd 의 환경파일 입니다..
디렉토리는 home 파일이 아닌 /eduDATA 입니다.
이상하게 홈디렉토리의 계정에서는 잘올라가지네요~~ ㅠㅠ
/eduDATA 에는 안올가 가져요~~
그리고 사용자는 newman 으로 했는데 안되네요~
