gaim 질문입니다.

몇달동안 계속 질문만 올리고 있어서 죄송합니다.

Red Hat 9 에 그놈 사용중입니다.

AMSN 한글 문제 때문에 AMI 대신 나비를 설치했는데도 안 되어서 다시 Gaim에 도전하고 있습니다.

Gaim-0.75 버전의 소스를 받아서

./configuure 를 했더니 다음과 같은 메세지가 떳습니다.

configure complete, now type 'make'

일단 make ; make install하면 컴파일은 성공적으로 되어서 설치는 되구요. 실행도 됩니다. 하지만 이미 많은 분들이 물어 보셨듯이 SSL문제 때문에 접속은 안 됩니다. 그래서 http://gaim.sourceforge.net/faq-ssl.php 문서를 참조해서 ftp://ftp.mozila.org/pub/mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/NSS_3_8_RTM/src/nss-3.8.tar.gz화일을 다운 받아 압축을 풀고 설치를 하려고 했습니다.

./nss-3.8/ 에 들어가 보니 좀 많이 생소한 디렉토리 구조가 보이더군요.
(CVS, dbm, dist, nsprpub, security) 중에서 ./configure 스크립트가 있는 곳은 nsprpub 여서 그 곳에 들어가 ./configure ; make ; make install 을 했습니다.

아무래도 설치가 제대로 되지 않았는지,. find로 찾아 보았는데도 어떻게 할 수가 없네요.

결국 문제는 nss설치 가 안 되고 있는 점입니다.

nss 어떻게 설치하고 설치되었다는 것을 시스템에 알려 줄 수 있을 까요?
