gtk+에서 외부 이미지 화일을 불러와 쓸수는 없는지 궁금합니다.

gtk+에서는 이미지 화일을 만들어서 사용하는 것에
대해서는 자세히 나오는데 외부에서 만든 이미지 화일
즉 gif, bmp, jpg 등의 외부 이미지를 프로그램에
불러와 사용하는 부분에 대해서는 예제 프로그램이
나와 있지 않더군요...
아시는 분은 답변 부탁드립니다.

현재 gtk+에는 그런 기능이 없어서 외부 라이브러리를 사용해야 하는데,
gdk-pixbuf나 imlib를 사용하심이 좋을 듯합니다.
저는 gdk-pixbuf를 추천합니다.
(아마 gtk+ 2.0부터는 gdk-pixbuf가 포함되는 것으로 압니다.)

고맙습니다.
gtk2.0부터는 여러 api들이 있더군요...

그런데 외부 이미지를 불러와 만든 예제 프로그램이 없더라구요...
혹시 예제 프로그램을 갖고 계신분은 부탁드리겠습니다.

기본적으로 gtk에서는 .xpm이 확장자인 파일을 지원하지요.
여러가지 화일을 몽땅 열어 보려면
gnome을 이용하면 되고요.

GdkImlibImage *image;
image = gdk_imlib_load_image (filename);

를 사용면 GdkImlibImage형식의 데이타를 얻을수 있습니다.
이형식으로부터는 다양한 이용이 가능하지요.
더 필요한것 있음 구체적으로 올려주세요.
