윈도우용 빔 _gvimrc 파일..?

수고하십니다.
윈도이천에 빔62 위치는 c\vim\vim62입니다.
홈에 _gvimrc 를 복사를 해서 넣었읍니다.

생각에는 실행했을때 흰색이 아니고 다른색으로..번호도 나오고
했으면 좋겠는데 ..

_gvimrc파일을 넣었습니다만 빔실행시(gvim)적용이 안되고
실행후 빔스크립트 로드나 메뉴에서 실행해야만 되는건 아니겠지요..?
