sendmail 에서 스팸메일이 차단이 안되요

sendmail 버전은 8.11.6이고요
access 에 211.224.134.168, cardcmall3@hanmail.net
심지어 localhost,127.0.0.1,root@xxx.com등 모든것을 REJECT해도 밑에보이는 메세지가
계속 root계정으로 날라옵니다...
제가 테스트로 여러계정을 REJECT시키고 메일을 보내봤지만 다 보내지지가
않는것을 보니까 access에 관련된 세팅은 맞는거 같은데...
이넘은 어떤 주소를 막아도 나오니까 막막합니다. 고수님들 조언좀 부탁드림니다

여기서 xxx.com은 메일서버도메인이고
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx는 메일서버 IP 주소 입니다.
abraham@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 이부분은 앞에 계정만 바꾸고 계속날라오는데
물론 업는 계정입입니다
