cvsweb 실행시 rlog 관련 에러가 생깁니다.

다음과 같은 에러가 생깁니다.
Error: Failed to spawn GNU rlog on '/home/cvs/santa///README,v, /home/cvs/santa///Makefile,v,

did you set the $ENV{PATH} in your configuration file correctly ?
