mount가 FAT 형식으로 계속 ... ㅡㅡ

linux에서 FAT32로 format했던 디스크 mount했다가,
그 디스크를 다시 ext2로 format하고 mount를 시키면 이상한 현상이 벌어집니다.
fdisk 해서 내용을 보면 분명히 ext2(Linux라고 나오죠)로 되어 있는데,
옵션(-t ext2)을 안주고 mount를 시키면 FAT으로 mount을 하려고 하네요.
FAT형식으로 format하기 전에는 옵션 없이 그냥 ext2 형식으로 mount가 잘 되던 놈이...
여튼. 옵션 없이 mount를 시킨 결과는 Read-Only mode로 mount가 되어버립니다.
슈퍼 블럭에 내용이 남아 있어서 그런건지 어떤건지...

왜 이런 현상이 일어나는지 아시는분 도와주세요.
어디에서 참조를 해서 FAT으로 mount를 하려고 하는지 위치도 아시면 갈쳐주세요.
